Command

Allow yourself to command. Allow yourself to receive that healing power that the commandment brings.

Allow yourself to be Commander.

The first thought that came to me about this word was about the military. A feeling of austerity and coldness. A sense of dictatorship. What / Who first comes to mind when you think of this word?

When it comes to doing business, we often have to receive and give orders ourselves. Can we do that? How do we feel about that? Do we know the best way to command without everyone staying in tune with themselves and others? Do we know how to recognize our own instincts when we need to command? Can we control them?

Complete the sentences and become aware of what is blocking you from commanding.

Command means ..

When I command, I feel….

To me when they command, I feel…

When I receive an order, I feel…

When I observe command I feel…

Let go of the negative connotations associated with the word Command or command.

The command has, of course, a positive effect on ourselves and gives us a sense of strength, power, concentration and high stability.

The command empowers us, from within. It makes us feel strong and stronger. It makes us feel powerful.

Are you afraid to command? What exactly are you afraid of? That you might hurt others? That you will be hurt?

Do you prefer to receive or give orders? If you prefer to take orders, does that have anything to do with responsibility?

Do you avoid taking responsibility that way? Are you afraid of failure? Criticism? Condemning others?

That command brings a lot of weight with it. What weight are you carrying?
